you can bank you PTO, up to 860 hours

Cons

short staffed, poor benefits all the way around, health insurance is terrible. Fee's for retirement are ridiculous, they do not care about their employees. They are so short staffed that you will be hired for 1 job and made to do something that wasn't what you were hired for. Managers and leadership don't know your job, poor training and education
