None at all, don't do it

Cons

New leadership has destroyed any desire for staff to continue working here. No raises for over 2 years and they say none for a couple more. Took staff time off away, wont let you take pto if you have it because of no staff. Sr Management not friendly at all, do not care the least bit about anyone but themselves. Many people leaving, do yourself a favor and find another employer.
