Information everyone needs to know about illness, growing older and hospitals as well as Medicare and Medicaid knowledge that is beneficial to have and understand. Strong team in many different ways. Excellent pay and benefits
Cons
- Long work hours - Unrealistic work expectations due to lack of appropriate staff, favoritism shown to staff who may exhibit bad attitudes, lack of motivation and while other staff is openly criticized for small mistakes but posses can-do attitudes/ willingness to learn, and lack of evaluation of processes and process improvement.
