Pros

Great Pay! Good Benefits! Union for nurses! PTO is great. They believe in education and will help you with that- loans, grants, flexible scheduling, mentors.

Cons

PTO starts after probation not day one. Most managers are over stressed causing staff to be stress. Working short is always a downer.

I love the people I work with, never have any issues getting along with coworkers, they offer very fair pay for the job title.

Cons

Can't think of any cons, every job has it's ups and downs.

I actually cannot think of any CONS. There are issues in every job, so the grass is not always greener on the other side. GRMC is my life and they are good people.
