Pros

3- 12 hour shifts per week. So if you self schedule yourself a certain way it's possible to have 7 days off in a row. Do like a few of co-workers...makes it more tolerable...

Cons

Paid bi-weekly. BS sign on bonus if your position gives you one...I'd advise to stay away from those because it's not really a bonus it's a you pay back out of every paycheck type of loan... Been put on call quite a bit lately due to low census. And the "on call amount" you get is a joke. Some of the other co-workers and their gossiping ways.

Free gym membership. Good culture. Fantastic CEO and leadership team.

Cons

It has grown quickly over the last few years, and some employees are still stuck on three separate campuses, versus thinking about things from a health system point of view.
