No staff Christmas gift (Brisbane probably got them though) Heartless management No direction for business plan - staff leaving at an alarming rate and no exit interviews being conducted

People are great to work with with the exception of the Exec team buddies.

Cons

Ceo and the executive team are inexperienced, inefficient, unproductive and cruel. Extreme greed. More then the retail banks. They say member focussed but what they really are is bonus focussed at the executive level. People and Culture enable a bullying workplace. Most of the positive reviews below are most likely written by a social media team trying to cover up how horrible this place is.

People you work with are friendly and make you feel welcome. Easy to complete daily tasks as outlined in the role Description.

Cons

Management very unprofessional, unrealistic targets. The company pride themselves on their values to the public, until you work there for over 5 years then you are pushed out the door.
