Cons

As we are small, there is sometime limited career progression, however I personally believe this is overcome with opportunity for professional development and options to contribute to innovation at all levels.

Cons

We are not as well known (right now) as we could be. Therefore people are not familiar with the amazing services and experiences we provide.

CUA is Australia's largest Mutual Bank which makes us different from other Banks. We are purpose and values led with a strong focus on looking after our members and our community. While we are smaller than the big 4 we have a massive appetite, so as a team member there are many opportunities to make an impact.
