      The benefits are great. Some leadership is for the employees. Pay for roles other than labor is good.

      Cons

      Very, very "good-o-boy" culture! You will not move up unless you are kin to someone, or you kiss some boots. Laborers make poor wages for the work they do.

      Great management and open door policy. No "jumping through hoops" to get to direct manager. Great possibility for advancement in so many different areas

      Cons

      Can be repetitive and stressful if you do not plan ahead accordingly. Not much contact with upper management

      Pros

      Working here has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, I’ve felt like part of a family, not just a team. Everyone looks out for each other, celebrates each other’s successes, and steps up to help whenever it’s needed. The leadership genuinely cares about us as people, not just employees, and it shows in the way they support worklife balance and growth opportunities. It’s so rewarding to come to work every day knowing I’m surrounded by people who want the best for one another. If you’re looking for a place to build a career and be part of a workplace family, this is it. I couldn’t recommend it more!

      Even though I’m in recruiting it’s hard to meet everyone that is hired on in other locations.
