Pros

This company is heavily focused on employee safety. They have some of the best pay in the area. Vacation accrues over time, and you can get upwards of four paid weeks a year after ten years being with the company. They have a competitive 401k match program, good health insurance. This is a company that you can have a long career with. They aren't going to shut down after five years and leave you in the cold. They also have an employee profit share program, that gets bigger the longer you are here.

Cons

Pay doesn't START out as great as some other companies, but once you prove you can work and will stick around, they pay you very fairly.
