GSWP is truly a family. I can honestly say that employees are put first and foremost. If you're an employee and you call HR, you're not going to get an automated service, you're not going to have to put in a ticket, you're going to speak to a person and your needs are taken care of. The people are great, and employees are genuinely happy to be employed here. Great culture, great pay rates offered, and great benefits package. In addition, GSWP offers profit sharing because the owner of the company believes in giving back to the hard-working employees.
