Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We truly value the opportunity to consider ways we can improve. We are a growing company and with this growth comes opportunities to invest in our people. From our perspective, adding new leadership roles within the organization is one way we do this. However, it may be wise for us to continue to consider how we are developing our leaders. We do have several leadership development programs, including Sales Leadership Academy, designed to enable our leaders to be successful in many facets of their leadership roles. While some of these programs have been around for years others are brand new. Either way, we want you to know that we will continue to make concerted efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs, ensuring that they are serving the needs of the broader organization and we endeavor to make timely and appropriate changes as needed. Regarding the feedback on our outlook and numbers for sales, we feel very positive about our strong performance results year-over-year. We will continue to consider the ways we, as an organization, can help enable our sales professionals to achieve their goals. Currently, our sales professionals are encouraged to pursue immersive knowledge in the business channels we serve. One positive in this is the ability to pursue growth within multiple verticals within various business channels creating an opportunity for diversified revenue growth. We believe this provides ample opportunity to achieve big yet realistic sales goals, but we also appreciate the value in taking a step back to make sure our sales professionals feel supported in this approach and in their pursuit of a successful long-term career with GreatAmerica. With the limited information provided it is difficult to know if we are fully addressing your concerns so please consider reaching out to continue this discussion at applicant@greatamerica.com. We always welcome learning more about what we can do to better serve our people at GreatAmerica.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We truly value the opportunity to consider ways we can improve. We apologize for the confusion you experienced. We appreciate how important it is for a role to match the title and description you apply for. At GreatAmerica we aim to be transparent with our roles and you have our sincere apologies that prior to accepting the position it was not clear what the role of our Portfolio Managers is. At this time, we are choosing to keep the title of this role as Portfolio Manager. To provide context around this decision, primarily it is because we strive to be intentional with our language. Our collections philosophy at GreatAmerica is not simply to collect debts, but rather we take an empathetic approach to solving the issues surrounding why the debts haven’t been paid in the first place. Our environment at GreatAmerica is team-based with our Portfolio Managers being a very important part of the team helping to manage the portfolio of our Customers’ customers. To simply call this role a Debt Collector would not be an accurate reflection of this role in our organization. However, we will endeavor to be more clear in the future during our hiring process to ensure others do not have this confusion. We also plan to continue job shadow opportunities as a part of our hiring process, have recently updated our job description for this role, and have shared this feedback with the appropriate parties. Again, thank you for your recommendations. We hope we have fully addressed your concerns. Please consider reaching out to continue this discussion at applicant@greatamerica.com. We always welcome learning more about what we can do to better serve our people at GreatAmerica.
