If you don’t ever make money, find competent leadership that doesn’t lie all of the time and put people down behind their backs. We all work together in a hot dirty environment for hours on end. You don’t think we talk? Be better than that. Corporate staff is growing and growing while we make what little money the company has. This just further shows a leadership team that is oblivious to everyone else and perception.
