Pros

Grede actually care about there employees. They make sure you have everything you need to do your job. All of the employees are very nice and are willing to go the extra mile to help fellow employees. Pay and benefits are great. Management is very understanding and has your back.

Cons

The core room is a little stinky and the smell sticks to your cloths but, it washes out.

I had the opportunity to work with one of the smartest and nicest guys in the whole industry. I got the freedom to work on anything and everything in the plant. If I had an idea and could justify it, I could work on it. Documentation Processes were thought through and very easy to navigate. Was told "Don't take your work home with you."

Cons

Didn't see a raise despite reviewing Exceeds Expectation for multiple years. (Covid/economic down-turn) Boys Club environment.
