Very good experience for first internship and utilized engineering skills. As an intern I was well promoted among the mill leadership.

Cons

Some work was repetitive as with any internship but could have handled more project wise.

Great people to work with. I miss all my work buddies!

Cons

They need to pay people more. Here at all the time and everyone says it but if they would just recognize their skilled employees with raises they would be able to retain said skilled staff the place would work better and be more efficient they would make more money.
