Very kind coworkers the kids are kind great crisis training good pay good hours (typical school hours) free lunch receptive and understanding higher level employee

Cons

possibility of harm from students in crisis pay is not as good if you do not have a bachelors in a relevant field can be short staffed

Great coworkers, a lot of learning opportunities, great resources available to use for working with students towards reaching their goals.

Cons

High burnout rates and turnover rates. Staff is overburdened with tasks beyond the description of their role and/or too many students on their caseload to efficiently complete all non-negotiable treatment-related work. Often unfortunately feels like a business transaction or 'meeting quota' defeats the quality of the work.
