You have a supervisor that you are assisting, so as long as your supervisor is good to work with, you will definitely enjoy your experience. Also great benefits!!

Cons

I emphasize it is a great entry level job because the pay is low, but your ability to work your way up or transfer to another department is likely to happen quickly if you are a good worker.

Salary is but low, a lot of case note writing, mileage reimbursement is low

I have made a note about your advice to management and have escalated it to the VP of HR to bring as a note for the yearly budget assessment to review what we currently offer for milage reimbursement.
