      None found within this company.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is a con from the exec management to lower management. The company thrives off the backs of poc whilst the senior teams are full of idiots (you can clearly tell they are not qualified, even the CEO). The exec and management team also endorse microaggressions and being ignorant to other races and sees nothing wrong with it. They also underpay poc well under market rates. Don’t be surprised that management takes the ideals of poc and pass it off as their own. 0/10 would not recommend. There’s plenty of better options out there, don’t settle here.

      Pros

      Good place to work if you are willing to learn things by yourself. For most ideas that you can show will improve the team or framework, you'll be given the opportunity to implement them.

      Cons

      No real mentorship, so you'll have to grow on your own initiative. The goals for the team seem to be split, so you might have a lot of work for different purposes. Input to improve the team's processes will well-received, but small chance of having it implemented.

      Great people and culture. This company is growing fast and there is always something new to learn or new projects to work on. Challenging and never boring. Very team oriented.
