      The workload can be intense, long hours with little flexibility. No opportunities for growth or professional development. Decisions are often made without broader input or transparency, Feedback from staff doesn’t result in meaningful change. There’s a noticeable gap between senior management and frontline teams, and the overall direction can feel reactive rather than strategic. Multiple rounds of layoffs in recent years.

      The people who work at GreenSlate are beyond outstanding...this is a family atmosphere with collaboration among teams is strong and encouraged. The company is obsessed with serving our clients in the entertainment space and it is well received/appreciated. Winning culture, competitive salaries/commissions, etc. High growth firm with opprotunities to advance and grow.
