      Pros

      GreenSlate is a relatively new & small business, meaning there is a lot of room for growth and new opportunities. If you show initiative and work hard you can grow within the company quickly. They have an "open door" policy with senior management and a fun & welcoming culture.

      Cons

      Long in office hours. PTO offerings can be slim. Very fast paced (can be a good thing for some).

      Pros

      It's awesome to be a part of a business that is a real innovator in the industry. Aside from seeing how far we are coming in our software development, it's exciting to see the opportunities for career growth here. As long as you put in the work, you can definitely excel in your current and future positions. The culture is really great here too. I enjoy coming to work and seeing my colleagues and appreciate the managements' understanding of the need for a work-life balance.

      Cons

      We're coming out with new features so quickly, it can be hard to stay on top of, but it's great to be challenged every day.
