Upper management does not do anything about complaints for certain departments. Certain departments are clearly unhappy and have made various complaints to HR about the actions of the attorneys (somewhat dubious legal advice/actions and clearly not caring at all about the well-being of the paralegals) but no action is ever taken. Paralegals are treated like a means to an end and then attorneys complain that no one sticks around/there is no loyalty. How can you inspire loyalty when you talk amongst each other about the low quality of work that is produced by their subordinates and expect paralegals to respect you? Frankly the most toxic work enviornment. No one is happy.

Where do I start? -worst marketing department I have ever seen hands down -treats the marketing group like children -horrible management -has their favorites -very fake people -worst bonuses and salary in the industry -doesn’t matter how hard you work -managers constantly belittle you and upper management doesn’t care -no work life/balance -revolving door literally Run away...
