      A cutthroat, backstabbing environment - attorneys & staff, alike; favoritism/bullying/cliques; minimal benefits & increases; managers received holiday bonuses while loyal, hardworking staff did not; CEO"s annual visits didn't include meetings with staff

      Pros

      The office is a very collegial, collaborative, team-oriented environment. People are friendly and inclusive of all. We have exceptional talent in our attorneys and business staff. The best of the best work here. The Friday breakfast, free daily Starbucks coffee, and various parties/Happy Hours/Happy Minutes throughout the year are a lot of fun. Everyone works really hard here but we play hard too. Overall, it is a great place to work long-term.

      The pros outweigh any minor cons I could list.
