      Pros

      Great Company, that is very involved in the local community. Good Benefits and Decent Pay.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the turnover is not very good. In the couple of weeks that I worked here, more than half of the department left and new employees came in.

      Small firm culture with large firm bureaucracy

      Pros

      Worked in smaller office of the firm that had a fun small firm feel to it, lots of ad hoc celebrations and activities that are good for team building and morale; good business support from other offices and the main office.

      Cons

      With a large firm comes large firm bureaucracy and lack of flexibility on many issues.
