      Pros

      Salary and Benefits were as good as any.

      Cons

      Probably a great place for young attorneys and of course the shareholders but for staff the place is just ok. The culture is very typical of big firms, attorneys keep to themselves and do not talk to staff unless they need to. They try to make you all feel like "family" but it is so fake.

      Pros

      Access to large markets and clients. There is a 2 Word minimum here so I am going to continue to type until I hit it because there are no more pros.

      Cons

      All the big firm stereotypes are true. Billable hours is more important than work quality or business ethics. Sr. partners could care less about the success of those beneath them.
