      Pros

      Fun events for staff, a lot of training offered, beautiful offices.

      Cons

      Still some growing pains with new policies and procedures. High expectations so it's hard to find time to attend training as staff.

      Pros

      Greenberg Traurig has a good reputation in the legal field, national offices, and employees a team of friendly people. I enjoyed working there.

      Cons

      Working in a high-stress environment is in the nature of the industry. Sometimes, as with any law firm, egos are present and the hours can be long if you are in the middle of a deadline.

      Pros

      The senior attorneys here are reasonable and generally won't screw you if they don't have to. The business itself is fairly forward looking for a law firm, and interested in building a collaborative model of doing business which is likely the future of the industry. This firm is definitely adapting toward the future of law.

      Cons

      The office is pretty run-down at this point.
