      Pros

      Decent benefits, opportunity for overtime (if you're admin and you're into that), some great events that you may be able to sneak into from time to time. :)

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great and it can be a bit challenging to advance your career on the business side. The lawyers are definitely overworked and uptight. You start to feel kind of bad for the nicer ones after a while.

      It's a huge firm and you interact with a lot of people. Helps to build your people skills, if you may. Also, if for some reason you move there is a bit of flexibility to transfer given their appearance in over 25 states. Decent Benefits Decent Salary Nice People

      Cons

      The company is like a revolving door -- quite scary.
