      The Structural Leader is a highly skilled engineer and a wonderful leader of the national structural group within GreenbergFarrow. He leads with empathy and clear, direct communication without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The client and project types are fairly siloed into retail/commercial with very little variety in projects. Interdisciplinary communication and collaboration have room to improve.
