Decent salary, good bonus, good amount of PTO

Cons

Below average benefits, leadership team not very good, people not held accountable and not much consistency, not much opportunity for promotions or growth. Supervisor need to work a 50 hr work week before receiving any OT at straight pay, no shift differential for supervisors.
