      Pros

      This is a small, family-owned manufacturing business. Family members work on-site but they like to keep a low profile. The company hired a new President a few years ago, and they are on a growth and development trajectory. Great professional development opportunities, great pay, great managers, and the work environment is casual.

      Cons

      There are some issues with all the changes since the company is growing so quickly. Upgrades to technology and manufacturing processes need to move faster.

      Very good and intelligent people. Good benefits. Great products are the result.

      The management is weak and could Benifit greatly from some training in how to deal with people properly. Management does not communicate well.

      Great benefits, flexible work life balance.

      Cons

      HR is allowed to make decisions over reporting managers. Old style boys club environment exists in the company. Often times, promotions are based on if you are a friend of one of the SLT members. If a manager decides for whatever reason you they want to get rid of you, they lie and will say anything for their gain. Ethical standards are not part of HR or the SLT.
