      great people to work with.....money and benefits are good

      poor training , HR sucks! this place is a corporation and not a family based business. they don't care that you may be or may not be a single parent. they need to work on there people skills.

      Good pay and benefits. The hourly people are hard working and try to do a good job.

      Cons

      Worst HR Dept. I have ever worked with. Very low integrity, dishonest, and underhanded practices. They will micromanage your every move. Company has massive turnover. If hired, keep your resume current because you will need it again soon, trust me.

      A few hard working individuals in the production area.

      Cons

      Tons of lazy co- worker pretending to be working hard. So called Charge-Hand, that doesn't have the skills to train or know the job itself, other than cherry-picking easy work. Quality Managers that have no clue whats going on the department. Supervisor letting machine operators sleep while machine automatically runs. Company let drunk people come back to work after union meeting. Micromanagement all over, people can't breathe. Low morale...
