Smaller size with individual based culture and a management team that openly shares the vision and goal.

Cons

A bit of growing pains occuring on location but none of drastic effect. Aged facilities but are being updated currently.

A 100% solvent company, which is almost unheard of these days. They borrow from no one. One need not worry about the company going under.

Cons

Recent trend there is to turn a deaf ear to production workers regarding what works and what doesn't. And there is something to be said about the lack of loyalty to production workers as regards shipping jobs elsewhere.

Pros

Good pay if you are a motivated employee. Great vacation package. They will usually work with your schedule when needed. Insurance and 401 K are very competitive. Education assistance program is available to employees looking to complete their college degree. The work environment is somewhat comfortable and very clean. Good people to work with on some projects makes work life interesting.

Cons

The work culture has somewhat become disconnected. There is a failure to recognize some talent within the company which could make a positive impact. Some lower to mid level management positions are political and could benefit from better qualified people. The true productivity comes from a few people who take pride in their work while everybody gets rewarded the same. This company has failed to retain good employees in the past due to the roadblocks in upward mobility. Politics play a major role in how far you make it in the company.
