All around good people (shop floor) and some )management). Good benefits and fair pay

Cons

Many upper level managers "talk" about improvement and making the business stronger BUT, there is no action behind it. The environment at times seems like I am back in HIGH SCHOOL.

Cons

Senior leadership incapable of leading anything, HR has no ethics. Poor employee attitudes, zero teamwork. Employees spend to time much creating drama. Department managers that are inept. HR and union officials are a little to friendly.And did I mention rules, rules and more rules can't even keep track anymore.

Freedom to work with minimal supervision provided you hit the required deadlines. Talented group of engineers to work with and learn form.

Cons

Processes need to be refined to cut down on lead time and improve communication between departments. Little room for development and opportunity.
