      Great Co-Workers Management Not So Much

      Pros

      Awesome co-workers, benefits are ok, and teh commute for me is reasonable.

      Cons

      HR leaves a lot to be desired. Routine questions take days, even weeks to get answered. Sr. Operations Leadership needs a rain check on basic employee relations skills, circling back to why HR leaves a lot to be desired.
