Pros

Great people to work with, and for the most part, higher ups treat everyone with respect. Relaxed and flexible environment, family run/privately held so they do their best to put their employees first. Also, excellent benefits.

Cons

Small company, so there is little room for career mobility. Most career movement is lateral. There are "lifers" that have been with the company for a while and they take advantage of the family that runs it because of their tenure. New senior management is right step in the right direction, but there will be causalities.
