Pays well, if you just need a good pay for whatever you need to do then go for it.

Cons

Doesn't require you to use problem solving or critical thinking. After a while it will drive you crazy if you need challenges to stimulate your brain. You go on auto pilot after about a month. The management doesn't care about their employees. You are a means to an end, nothing more, that is why you are paid.
