Pros

Good benifits, I really love the nice people I work with, very friendly diverse culture among the employees, and it is safe and clean enviroment.

Cons

HR used to be there to help, now they more or less run the company. Managers and supervisors cannot even make a decision without HR telling them yes or no. Hourly employees have to make an appointment with HR to even get a question answered, and even HR can be very rude and demeaning to employees. It leaves hourly people feeling like we are a burden, rather than being there to assist us with compensation or benifits questions. Hourly wages are not competitive unless you are an expert machinist either. There is no direction at all, and communication does not exist from top to bottom. Each department is like a seperate company all together, and the matirx makes things nearly impossible to get anything done.
