      great people to work with.....money and benefits are good

      Cons

      poor training , HR sucks! this place is a corporation and not a family based business. they don't care that you may be or may not be a single parent. they need to work on there people skills.

      Pros

      Over 150 years old, and still family owned. Without stockholders, layoffs are typically not the first knee-jerk reaction to a down market. By serving multiple industries, a down market in one area could typically be offset by the others. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      None beyond that of a normal organization. Over the years, growth naturally bought in more politics, back-stabbing ladder climbing, etc. that goes with most companies.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. The hourly people are hard working and try to do a good job.

      Cons

      Worst HR Dept. I have ever worked with. Very low integrity, dishonest, and underhanded practices. They will micromanage your every move. Company has massive turnover. If hired, keep your resume current because you will need it again soon, trust me.
