A company that does look after you, Wage is inline with other engineering companys of a similar size, Friendly staff, Good priced canteen and team that do make you feel wanted.

Too much drama too many tattle tails creates unhappiness. mangers use this so as to not leave there office.so if don't get in good with lead.
