      Making lots of money for its owner and therefore seen as successful, makes very good margins and has a cultish feel to the organisation

      Appalling HR function that act as spies and run the company like a dictatorship. SLT protect themselves and feather their own best

      No real direction, chaotic management, constantly trying new business ideas straight out of the text book and failing at them all.

      Pros

      Clean factory. Air conditioning. Nice canteen. Good bunch of lads. Ok if you want to go to work and switch off.

      Cons

      Boring tedious work. Basically making plastic seals nothing else. Not allowed to leave your machine. Runners get everything you need. Wage structure all over the place. Everyone is different rates even though all doing the same work. Low morale bully management. Random drug testing.
