      A comatose giant awaiting complete revamp.

      Pros

      Good bunch of lads on the shopfloor (the ones that are left ). Clean working conditions. Good canteen and food choices.

      Cons

      Middle management who haven't a clue what they're doing. Individuals being promoted from within, without the necessary acumen to fulfill the roles they have. An HR department, that stalk around the work place and act like they rule the place. Senior management so out of touch and so far removed from the day to day running of the business, that questionable decisions are being made on a constant basis.

      Nottingham Site is a nice location easy to get too, Good varied order book, Canteen is good with nice food and food is cheap. Air Conditioned factory.

      Cons

      Bad Management, Wage structure a Joke. No prospects to enhance your self, Bad training, Bullying atmosphere, None Unionised so no negotiations. Constant changing of upper management. Clueless HR personal.
