      Nottingham Site is a nice location easy to get too, Good varied order book, Canteen is good with nice food and food is cheap. Air Conditioned factory.

      Cons

      Bad Management, Wage structure a Joke. No prospects to enhance your self, Bad training, Bullying atmosphere, None Unionised so no negotiations. Constant changing of upper management. Clueless HR personal.

      Great vacation time, work-life balance is decent.

      Cons

      Worst Management I've ever experienced. Lots of finger pointing and blame. Departments do not work well together. Managers do not support their employees. Fear of HR. HR dictates placement of all employees. Instead of working with employees to help them grow, they judge, control, and manipulate to get what they want.
