      Pros

      Family owned business with traditionally good products, low risk and financially stable to weather some business storms

      Cons

      Lots of changes but not to the benefit of the company, only to individuals advantage. New products development take for ever. Management is only hesitating and not making decisions. HR plays the most influential role, CEO is not visible and does not know what is going on in his company. Be careful of HR's unethical behaviour, it starts with discrediting.

      Company employs good and intelligent individuals Salaries are competitive Interaction on a global level Good benefits Reviews on a quarterly basis so you never have to guess where you stand Opportunities for growth in certain areas (disciplines) Caring management

      Cons

      A lot of processes in place, which could be good for some people, but stifling for others who need a more free spirited approach. Layoffs have become more frequent Can be a stressful environment High turnover Objectives are not always realistic/obtainable -- "stretch" is one thing, "impossible" is another.
