Private company focused on long term growth and culture. No debt, diversified in multiple industries stabilizing their business. Overall they are willing to learn and do better.

Cons

Focused more on IP protection than winning the business. While they are willing to learn and do better, there are individuals that "block" progress than create challenges

The pros are the people (well most of them). I enjoyed collaborating with some of the best and brightest people - who have now become friends.

Cons

Ideas were submitted and constantly rejected - "That's the way we have always done it here" HR thinks they know more than the Engineers as subject matter experts which causes meeting disruptions. Top management creates fear throughout the organization - you can challenge once but do it twice and you are out.
