Benefits are very good for a company of this size Senior leadership is accessible Most of the people you will work with are professional and competent (note most)

Cons

Layoffs are increasing Really questionable decisions on who stays and goes during layoffs In reference to the above comment - most of the people.......the ones who do not fall into the professional and competent category seem to fall within middle management Noticeable morale issue - really apparent when it falls within HR Culture of trying to figure out who will stab you in the back next - constant fear

A lot of processes in place, which could be good for some people, but stifling for others who need a more free spirited approach. Layoffs have become more frequent Can be a stressful environment High turnover Objectives are not always realistic/obtainable -- "stretch" is one thing, "impossible" is another.
