Pros

Great co-workers and working to help better the lives of our patients.

Cons

Underpaid, unorganized department, little to no help with training on the job, absence policy that makes no sense for people working in health care especially when always surrounded by different sicknesses, making it impossible for workers to accrue sick time and PTO. Reaching out to HR for therapy programs or equipment that would benefit patients and hearing nothing back.

Flexible schedule, sick time and PTO bank

Cons

No significant engagement from upper management. Monday- Friday is strictly patient care with no team building. Upward mobility opportunities limited significantly, insurance deductible astonishingly high, burnout can and will set in relatively swiftly

Casual, relaxed environment. Work is fast paced and ever evolving. Management is open and available at all times. No concern is too big or small.

Cons

Candy basket is always full and tempting.
