Pros
A lot of autonomy for daily tasks is given. Not a lot of micromanagement. You can learn a lot and have a broad swath of experience. PTO is unlimited and easy to take.
Cons
The company cannot decide what it is doing with regards to it's processes and employees. They are trying to move fast, but are not considering the ramp-up and complexity of the ask. They make sweeping organizational and project changes and expect full conformity without adequate communication of expectations for your role and the team. There is a lot of emphasis verbally on owning your product but a lot of pushback from straying from their predetermined "way" they want your feature delivered. This is problematic when reality does not meet the AI driven expectation of delivery.
