      Wonderful CEO! Very relaxed work environment. Great coworkers!

      Cons

      Departments are very separated. Pay varies from department to department- some very low and some very high. Upward mobility is hard in some departments. There are some people that step all over everyone else to get what they want.

      Pros

      some of the pros about working at Greenway is the fact that you have a balance of work and life. It is not a place where you lose who you are at the job. In fact they allow you to mix your own personality into your work for creativity.

      Cons

      Depending on whre you live, Carrollton is pretty far from the city and because of that a lot of the employees are from the area so it could be hard to see diversity at the home office.

      Pros

      The benefits package is outstanding. No deductible, low copay. Dental, medical, and vision under $100 a month for single. Most of the coworkers are great to work with. Can't go wrong being in the medical field.

      Cons

      The ladder for moving out of support is difficult especially if you are good at your job. Other employees do not respect support as they have not worked there and do not know the problems and angry client you deal with. The management doesn't respect the support department.
