Excellent leadership in moving the culture forward. Great leaders. Acquisition of Caraustar was a good move. Very strong culture being built by Pete Watson and his team.

High exposure to a globalized business with various projects

Cons

Lack of mentoring and training, because the team is so young, they do not have a systemic training plan for new hire. The employment turnover is frequently so it is difficult to find a peer mentor
