Worst company culture (can't back up belief system), management is an old boys' club, they pay a lot to lure you, not transparent

If you are a workaholic this is the place for you 70+ a week Monday thru Friday and occasionally Saturdays.. You will get trained in everything as long as you are driven to learn and be patient.

Cons

Now for the bad part. Of course if you do not like working 70+ hours this is not for you, you are required to work overtime and for time of its hard to do anything at all even for medical needs or even family. Expect a lot of issues in the plant regarding maintenance and management regarding not having enough budget for employees and machine parts. Basically it is very stressful to work here where the work is hard and nothing is being done to resolve it. And even if you work hard you will still leave late. Very depressing. They will tell you a story of how great this company is then when you start it's a totally different story. It's so bad people instead of calling the company greif they call it GRIEF.
