Excellent line manager, some good people.

Cons

Continuing operations in Russia. Many people paid huge salaries but take zero responsibility; a small number of people are left to pick up the pieces. People are expected to be constantly available to work in evenings and during holidays. Endless meetings for the sake of meetings. Incompetence is not challenged. Line managers are seen as the only people who have a contribution to make.
