Pros

The people, the company and the benefits! Easy to get leads. Easy to sell product. Well known company. Job stability. Upper management is very driven and for the people. Been around since the late 1800's. Lots of history

Cons

I can't think of any so far. I need more time with company. Working in the plant is noisy sometimes but it's not a big deal. They need more plant security for sure.

Great and nice people ! In the past, more individual autonomy/space to drive results. Great market position and customer relationships

Cons

Frequent changes of direction, very internally focused (lots of internal reports and presentations), moving to centralization with little understanding of the business in HQ. Strategy 20 years behind

HR has turned over and new people have no idea what their doing! No respect for their employees. No opportunities for growth
